The character 間 means space or emptiness — the meaningful space between things, the pause that gives form, rhythm, and significance.

The Ma collection explores the relationships between inner and outer spheres, darkness and light as it travels through the void and the space the viewer mentally enters when peering into otherwise hidden worlds.
